Welcome to Chronically Chaotic Collective
A cozy corner of the internet for people whose brains are a little loud, a little tired, and very human.
This is a no-pressure, no-perfection space to learn, laugh, unmask, and feel less alone — even on the messy days.
You don’t need to be “fixed.” You don’t need to catch up.
You just need to show up as you are.
You're Not Behind, You're Human
You're Not Behind, You're Human
This Space Is For You If:
Your brain never seems to shut off
You feel behind, overwhelmed, or like you’re “doing life wrong”
You’re neurodivergent, burned out, emotionally tired — or all of the above
You crave connection without performance
You want support that feels human, not clinical
Whether you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD, suspect it, or just know your nervous system has been through it — you belong here.
Gabrielle Swanson, LCSW
The Chronically Chaotic Collective is a one-stop shop for all things ADHD—whether you live with ADHD or love someone who does.
This is a space for real education, practical tools, realistic hacks, and systems that actually work for ADHD brains… but most importantly, it’s a space for support from people who truly get it.
The Collective is hosted by two licensed therapists, Gab & Jac, who also happen to be friends—and both have ADHD themselves. We bring together clinical expertise and lived experience, because you deserve guidance that’s informed, compassionate, and rooted in reality.
This is a come-as-you-are community. No perfection. No pressure. No “just try harder” energy.
Here, we talk openly about the struggles of ADHD and learn how to work with our brains instead of fighting them.
If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, overwhelmed, or tired of surface-level advice, this space was made for you.
You don’t need to be fixed.
You just need the right support.
Welcome to the Collective. 💛
The ADHD Community
Our hope is to create a space where people feel genuinely understood, supported, and less alone. It’s a place where learning about their brains leads to more compassion for themselves and changes that actually feel doable in real life.
